It’s shocking, isn’t it, that Google offers their Google Webmaster Tools to every website owner and yet most of them don’t even care to use it!?! I haven’t exactly figured out why so many businesses and web design projects go forward without taking advantage of the only portal Google has between a website owner and it’s existence in the Google ranking world.

Nevertheless, it is the Webmaster Tools that allows website owners to not only confirm with Google that they own a particular domain name and website, but also submit your Google Sitemap once you have Clean URLs and a completed sitemap.xml file uploaded to your root directory. Webmaster Tools also gives website owners active reports on which pages failed to load or had errors.
